Working with Control Links in Presets

This section includes step-by-step procedures for working with control links in conjunction with presets. A preset cannot change the participants of a control link but it can change the control link's activation state. In other words, the preset can activate or deactivate a control link. You will also most likely use control linking to give your end users access to the presets you're creating — otherwise, what's the point, right? You can link your preset(s) to a DR or to some other remote device, giving end users the ability to activate, deactivate, and/or assert the exposed preset(s). Click a link below to view the topic.
