Configuring Layout and Control of Room Configuration

The first step in creating a room combine configuration is to specify the physical layout of the rooms, and then specify which walls can be opened. With this information, Halogen is then able to calculate the different room combinations that are possible. It is also important to provide end users with a way to specify which walls are currently opened or closed, thus telling the HAL System which rooms to activate.

The topics in this section detail how to configure the room layout, how to specify movable walls, and how to provide remote control to end users for specifying the current room configuration.
